Frequently Asked Question

How do I access my affiliate link?

Once you're logged into Impact, on the right side of your dashboard, find the box with the title Create a Link. Select Berkey Filters Affiliate Program from the dropdown menu, then click the blue button 'Create' Then a url link will be generated. Copy and paste that to use in your channels to share about Berkey.

How do I get a coupon code?

Email affiliates@berkeyfilters.com requesting a coupon code. Include what you'd like the code to say, for example JaneDoe10 or smithsavings, and how much you'd like the discount to be, for example 10% or 5%. By offering a discount code to your followers, your commission rate is decreased to 5% or 10% respectively. 

Do I have to change all my links when I switch over to Impact?

Yes, you'll need to start using the url link generated by Impact. The Post Affiliate Pro links will be obsolete after January 31, 2023. 

How do I get free product?

We don't usually give away free product. On occasion, for the right project, we make exceptions. Most often in exchange for product we ask for content such as a social post and images. If you think you are the right fit, to request a Berkey, please fill out this form: Collaborator Request Form

How do I place an order as an affiliate?

Copy and paste your affiliate link into your web browser and then shop as a normal customer. 

Do I get a discount for being an affiliate?

No, however, we do encourage you to use your own affiliate link to make purchases. You'll earn commission on whatever you buy, so it's like getting cash back.
