Can I Get a Berkey Shipped to Canada?

Yes, Berkey Filters ships all products, including Berkey Water Filter Systems, accessories, replacement filters and parts, and drinkware to Canada.

All prices listed on the site are in US Dollars. All orders from Berkeyfilters.com ship from the United States, since are based in the U.S.

We do not offer free shipping into Canada and cannot advise on customs, brokerage, or any other fees if any, which may be incurred at the border. If you are interested in finding out more information on any border fees, please check with your local government.

As far as shipping charges, the amount can vary greatly based on where in Canada you’re shipping and what you are ordering. Please note, orders $500 or greater do require a signature upon delivery.

Please note, any refused or undeliverable returned packages from Canada will incur at least a 20% restocking charge, deducted from the total amount refunded. For this reason, it is imperative to double-check your shipping address for correctness.

Returns

As with all orders from Berkey Filters, we offer Canadian orders our 100% Satisfaction, 30-day Guarantee. If you are not happy with your Berkey Filters purchase for any reason within 30 days you may return your products, in new or used condition. For this reason, we strongly advise trying out your Berkey as soon as you receive it.

To return your order please contact our Customer Service for a return authorization number (RMA#). Please return all parts and pieces in their original packaging. Additional return instructions can be emailed from customer service or found in your Berkey Manual on pages 19-21.

Please note return shipping can be facilitated through the provider of your choice and is your responsibility. Berkey Filters will not cover return shipping charges. Please use shipping with tracking as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Returns will be processed, and reflect on your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt at our facility. Please note, disregarding return instructions will result in a 20% handling fee, taken out of your refund total, and may delay your refund beyond 7-10 business delays.

If the order you are returning, included a free item (i.e. System purchased with free 4-pack stainless cups), the free product must also be returned. If free items are not returned, they will be billed as a deduction from the final refund at full retail value.
